Dr. Sabrina Little: The Examined Run

The Examined Run

In March of 2024, Sabrina Little released The Examined Run, which explores the intersection of virtue theory, character education, and life as a runner. Written to be accessible to those in intro-level philosophy courses, individuals both inside and outside of the philosophical sphere will find something to appreciate in it. Christian Miller writes “Professor Little truly breaks new and exciting ground in her discussion of virtue, vice, moral exemplars, emotions, and many other topics, all in the context of being a runner.” Sabrina is also a regular contributor both to Psychology Today and iRunFar.com, where she writes about the connections between athletics and character education.
